The Music and Tim Cadbury Room are situated on the 1st floor above the West Lodge and Maitland Room. Completely refurbished in 2019, the rooms are ideal for meetings, training and break out spaces when used in conjunction with the Howard Theatre or Howard Building. The Music Room is equipped with a ceiling mounted laser projector, ceiling recessed electric roller screen together with speakers built into the ceiling for laptop sound and videos all easily managed by touch screen. The Tim Cadbury works wonderfully for a refreshment area to have a small break during your corporate meetings and also a electric retractable presentation screen. Both rooms are air cooled and offer beautiful views across the college lawns.
The rooms can be arranged in a number of set ups to accommodate your needs, such as theatre, cabaret or boardroom style. The rooms can also be used as a drinks reception area, ideal for when guests have dinners in the West Lodge and Maitland Room on the ground floor, giving you plenty of space for your function. The Music and Tim Cadbury Rooms are located on the first floor of the building with no available lift so are not wheelchair accessible.
