The Grace Howard Room is situated on the ground floor of the Howard Theatre. With minimal furnishings, the bespoke Georgian-style lounge seating, tables and attractive stone floor create a feeling of simplicity and elegance.
The Grace Howard room supports the Howard Theatre for delegate registration, refreshments and lunch, therefore offering you exclusive hire of the entire building for your event. The room is also available as a sophisticated private dining room for up to 64 guests.

The Grace Howard Room is fully accessible with patio doors opening out on to the West Lodge Garden of Howard Court. The space offers a versatile area, ideal for registration, refreshment breaks and exhibitions.

Our Gala Dinner choices use fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients where possible and are cooked to perfection, with a range of accompanying wines to choose from. We offer a wide variety of dishes including meat, vegetarian and fish options.
Dinners include silverware, fresh cut flowers, candelabras and table linen as standard, as well as the personal addition of menu cards and signage created for your event.
