The Conference Office was established at Downing in the late 1980s. What started as an individual running the office alone, has now expanded to a highly experienced team of eight. Our staff have many years' experience in the events industry and offer exceptional service and support from your initial enquiry, on-the-day support, through to the conclusion of your event.

Our team have a great friendship and regularly have outings together, which translates into how efficiently we work as a unit, ensuring all guests have the best experience when they use our modern and unique facilities. The dedicated events team are always on hand to help with any requirements, and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and effortlessly for your event.
