Downing offers some of the best College accommodation in Cambridge. Whatever your conference or function requirements there is a choice of bedroom facilities from student study rooms and houses to standard and superior en-suite rooms offering single, twin or double bedded occupancy. With over 200 bedrooms, 150 offer en-suite facilities.

On arrival all guests are required under the Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972 to complete a registration form giving full name and address and nationality. Non-UK guests will also be required to provide the number and place of issue of their passport, their nationality and their next destination. These records must be kept for at least 12 months and be available for inspection by any police officer.
